What's in this tray? Ainsley leaves
no stone unturned to finding things that she'll put in the middle
of the floor.
If the Cheerios didn't make it to her mouth, they were either
on her face, in her lap, or the dog enjoyed a second meal. Shawnee
is a friend's dog that was staying with us for several months. She
quickly learned who was the weak link in the family on getting a few extra
snacks.
The baby gate at the bottom of the stairs broke, so we have
to watch Ainsley to make sure she wouldn't go upstairs unattended. We
showed her how to do it a few times, which paid off. She's managed
to sneak up a few times without us knowing. If we caught her and asked
in a playful kind of way what she was doing, she'd giggle and go even faster.
We now have a new baby gate.
I caught a moment on video with Ryan playing and talking
with his trucks.
Ainsley is so proud of herself for pulling
herself up and standing while only using one hand for balancing.
On April 21st, Ainsley shows how well she can walk
only after using the walker for two days. She first started
by standing in front of it and pushing it around, which is awkward
since she had to lean far forward to grip the handle bars. Watch
