Mark prepares an awesome dinner of jambalaya in two Dutch ovens. The rule of thumb on the number of charcoal brickettes and cooking temps: 2 brickettes x number of inches for the Dutch oven to get to 325F. Add two brickettes for every 25 degree increase.
